Easy to make snack recipe for Spicy Roasted Chickpeas. Give your chickpeas a new lease of life, by transforming them into a flavourful, crunchy, salty snack. Roasting Chickpeas are perfect for graving on all day or enjoying as a side dish. Roasted Chickpeas also taste wonderful as a topping for main meals.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line up your baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the drained chickpeas in a bowl and toss over all the spices, salt and pepper - and stir!
  3. Spread evenly out on a baking tray and roast for 35 minutes or until golden.
  4. Once baked, switch the oven off, open the door slightly and let the chickpeas air for 10 minutes. This will make them extra crunchy!
  5. Pour them back into the bowl and enjoy!
