Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- Pepper to Taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line up your baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the drained chickpeas in a bowl and toss over all the spices, salt and pepper - and stir!
- Spread evenly out on a baking tray and roast for 35 minutes or until golden.
- Once baked, switch the oven off, open the door slightly and let the chickpeas air for 10 minutes. This will make them extra crunchy!
- Pour them back into the bowl and enjoy!
