
This smoothie is ultra thick, delectably tasty and 100% vegan, with a velvety smooth consistency thanks to the creamy cashew nuts. It only takes a couple of minutes to whizz together (provided you've soaked the cashews), and is bursting with wholesome ingredients, such as strawberries that are packed with vitamin C and maca, hailed for regulating hormones. A fun healthy drink for all the family!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Dairy-Free Yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- OPTIONAL DECORATIONS:
- Extra Fresh Strawberries
- Rose Petals
Method
- Pre-smoothie creation: Soak the cashew nuts for at least 2 hours in water in a small bowl.
- Firstly, place the smoothie ingredients except the fresh strawberries in a blender and whizz to form a smooth consistancy.
- Set aside half of this mixture in a glass.
- Add the strawberries to the blender and whizz until combined.
- To make the two colour smoothie effect, pour the pink strawberry smoothie mixture into a serving glass first then add the cashew smoothie mixture on top and let drip over the top.
- Add desired decorations, such as chopped fresh strawberries and rose petals.
- Drink and enjoy!
