Want a super-healthy natural ketchup with no nasty artificial flavourings or colourings that still tastes great? Then look no further - sun dried tomatoes mixed with fresh tomatoes, dates, garlic and spices create a delicious, rich tomato ketchup - ideal for dipping chips or adding to your favourite meal!

  • 1 Blender

Method
  1. Soak the Dates and Sun Dried Tomatoes Overnight
  2. Roughly Chop the Ingredients 
  3. Measure 75ml of the Tomato Soaking Water
  4. Measure 75ml of the Date Soaking Water
  5. Transfer Ingredients into a Blender and Blend Until Smooth
  6. Keep in the Fridge for upto 1 week - Now Make Some Oven Chips!
