Then look no further - sun dried tomatoes mixed with fresh tomatoes, dates, garlic and spices create a delicious, rich tomato ketchup - ideal for dipping chips or adding to your favourite meal!

- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Tomatoes
- 10- - 12 Sun Dried Tomatoes (Not in Oil)
- 10 - 12 Pitted Dates - Soaked Overnight in Water
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tsp Paprika Powder
- 2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tsp Soy Sauce Tamari
Method
- Soak the Dates and Sun Dried Tomatoes Overnight
- Roughly Chop the Ingredients
- Measure 75ml of the Tomato Soaking Water
- Measure 75ml of the Date Soaking Water
- Transfer Ingredients into a Blender and Blend Until Smooth
- Keep in the Fridge for upto 1 week - Now Make Some Oven Chips!
