This Super Red Berry Smoothie is jam packed with goodies - super seeds, superfood blended powders, MSM, vitamin C and more! It's a very powerful drink and great to give a sluggish immune system a much needed kick start.



  1. Grind the gold flaxseeds down in a mini grinder
  2. Blend the fruit, flaxseeds and powders together until a smooth consistency is reached
  3. Top with chia seeds and cranberries
  4. Enjoy!
