Using puffed quinoa in this recipe is inspired, as is substituting the usual store bought chocolate with pure cacao and carob powder.... but one thing is for sure, these chocolatey cakes will certainly hit the spot for chocolate lovers and provide lots of health giving nutritents too... perfect for Easter treats!
Equipment
- 1 Large Mixing Bowl
- Wooden Spoon
Method
- Simply mix all of your ingredients, apart from the cereal, together in a large bowl.
- When you have a lovely smooth chocolatey mixture, add your cereal, and mix until completely covered.
- Prepare a muffin tin with 6 cupcake cases, and spoon the mixture equally between each case.
- Pop the tray into the fridge for a couple of hours until set
