Supergreens & Pomegranate Salad Recipe

  • 250g Purple Sprouting or Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 500g Green Beans
  • 150g Chopped Kale
  • 4 Tsp SuperGreens Powder
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • Handful of Fresh Parsley
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Chopping Knife
  • Large Saucepan & Lid
  • Serving Plate
  • Small Dressing Jar


  1. First, top and tail the beans, and chop them in half. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, and rest a colander over it, to steam the vegetables.
  2. Add the broccoli and steam, covered for 2 minutes, then add the beans, cover, and steam for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Next, add the kale, cover, and steam for 4 more minutes, then dowse the vegetables in cold water, to halt the cooking process.
  4. Arrange the greens on your serving dish or bowl. 
  5. Sprinkle over the organic supergreens powder, to make it a supergreens salad.
  6. To make the dressing, finely chop the parsley and put it into a small jar. Add the olive oil and vinegar, and liberally grind in salt and pepper. Shake the jar for 30 seconds or so.
  7. Then drizzle the dressing over the salad, and top with pomegranate seeds.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
