Although this smoothie recipe might take a little bit of preparation it is definitely worth the time. Perfect for a loved one on Valentine’s day or just as a tantalising and rejuvenating drink any time of the day. Combining the flavours of Watermelon, Pomegranate, Celery, Ginger and Lime, this smoothie brings warmth, a citrus bite and refreshing satisfying tastes. All these fresh ingredients are rounded off with the deep rounded flavour of the Indigo Herbs SuperVital Powder which adds many antioxidant qualities and a good amount of vitamin C. Also the splash of Oats contributes to a thick sustaining smoothie giving you a lot of power for quite a few hours. This Smoothie gives nothing but LOVE.

  1. Place 2 tbsp of chia seeds into a 250g jam jar fill with water, seal & soak in the fridge overnight. This will make plenty for use in smoothies or chia puddings. This recipe requires 2 Tbsp. of the soaked chia seeds.

  2. Put all the ingredients into your high-powered blender. Then blitz until everything is very smooth, it may take slightly longer to break up the pomegranate seeds.
