  1. Firstly, make sure to pop a banana into the freezer at least a few hours before you create the smoothie, or the night before if you are making this smoothie for breakfast. Chop the banana up, before you freezer to make it easier to blend.
  2. Simply, add all the ingredients to a high powered blender.
  3. Whizz until you have a smooth and creamy texture.
  4. Pour into serving glass.
