Vanilla & Peanut Protein Bites Recipe

These tasty oaty protein snacks sweetened with vanilla, lucuma and maple syrup are a favourite for the delicious peanut butter taste. Enjoy as a work boost snack or at parties for energy.

  • Wooden Spoon

  • Fridge

Method
  1. Firstly, in a mixing bowl crush the wheatabix or oat bars you plan to use. 
  2. Next, add all the other ingredients to a saucepan and put it on a low heat, cook and stir until you have a smooth combined mixture, take straight off the heat as soon as you see little bubbles.
  3. Then, pour the hot mixture into your mixing bowl and stir together until fully combined.
  4. Next, using your hands mould the mixture into ball shapes and pop them into your cake cakes. 
  5. Pop them in the fridge to set, for at least an hour. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!
