This Golden Milk is a warming and rejuvenating drink with a creamy consistency. Brimming with nourishing and anti-inflammatory spices, sweetened with just a little honey this Golden Milk is not just your average Turmeric Latte! This hug in a mug is very easy to make and best enjoyed curled up by the fire with a good book.

  • Fork or Hand Whisk


  1. Add all spices to a mug with 2 tablespoons almond milk and whisk very well with a fork or hand whisk until a smooth paste is formed.
  2. Add the honey and vanilla protein powder, pour over the rest of the almond milk and whisk until a mousse is formed and no lumps remain.
  3. Add half the water, whisk until fully incorporated, then add the rest of the water and whisk again.
  4. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and serve immediately for best taste. Enjoy!

Swap the Honey with Maple Syrup, to make it vegan.
