This Golden Milk is a warming and rejuvenating drink with a creamy consistency. Brimming with nourishing and anti-inflammatory spices, sweetened with just a little honey this Golden Milk is not just your average Turmeric Latte! This hug in a mug is very easy to make and best enjoyed curled up by the fire with a good book.

Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 3/4 Cup Boiled Water
- 1/2 Tsp Honey
- Optional Additional Spices (to taste):
- Pinch of Ginger

Method
- Add all spices to a mug with 2 tablespoons almond milk and whisk very well with a fork or hand whisk until a smooth paste is formed.
- Add the honey and vanilla protein powder, pour over the rest of the almond milk and whisk until a mousse is formed and no lumps remain.
- Add half the water, whisk until fully incorporated, then add the rest of the water and whisk again.
- Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and serve immediately for best taste. Enjoy!
