An easy to make ice cream recipe with gorgeous acai and raspberry ripple syrup. The scrumptious indulgent tastes give this fruity ice cream next level flavour. Frozen banana supplies a creamy consistancy and naturally sweet hints. Acai powder is full of healthy antioxidants and immune boosting properties, bringing not just delicious taste but health to this nice cream recipe. Enjoy in the sun with friends!

  1. Firstly, make the berry ripple. Do this by blending the raspberries, syrup and acai powder together in a blender until smooth and place this in a small bowl in the the fridge to chill.

  2. For the ice cream, blend the frozen bananas, coconut cream and vanilla in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

  3. Spoon both mixtures into a bowl and slowly and carefully stir through the mixtures to make the berry ripple pattern. 

  4. Freeze for a few minutes or serve straight away.

  5. If the decoration almonds are not already toasted, sprinkle your desired amount on a baking tray and toast in the over for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees c. 

  6. Keep your eye on the almonds so they don't burn - shake tray around so opposite sides toast. Use oven mit, as tray will be hot.

  7. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top of the ice cream. 

  8. Eat and enjoy!
