Ingredients
- 3 Large Frozen Bananas
- 1 Heaped Tbsp Coconut Cream
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- 100g Raspberries

Method
- Firstly, make the berry ripple. Do this by blending the raspberries, syrup and acai powder together in a blender until smooth and place this in a small bowl in the the fridge to chill.
- For the ice cream, blend the frozen bananas, coconut cream and vanilla in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon both mixtures into a bowl and slowly and carefully stir through the mixtures to make the berry ripple pattern.
- Freeze for a few minutes or serve straight away.
- If the decoration almonds are not already toasted, sprinkle your desired amount on a baking tray and toast in the over for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees c.
- Keep your eye on the almonds so they don't burn - shake tray around so opposite sides toast. Use oven mit, as tray will be hot.
- Sprinkle toasted almonds on top of the ice cream.
- Eat and enjoy!
