Ingredients
- A Few Splashes of Plant Milk
- Handful of Raisins
Method
- Mix the Coconut Flour and sugar together
- Melt the Cacao Butter over boiling water and mix with the flour and sugar
- Add a few splashes of plant milk to bind the mixture together
- Seperate the mixture into three
- Add regular raisins
- Add Goji Berries
- Add Carob Powder and chocolate chunks or nibs
- Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 200C/Gas mark 7
- Enjoy!
