Vegan Cacao & Goji Scones Recipe

A tasty alternative to Hot Cross Buns, why not celebrate Easter with these beautiful Gluten Free Vegan Scones with a superfruit twist?  A healthy version of a traditional scone recipe replaces regular flour with Coconut Flour and the sugar with Coconut Palm Sugar then adds in the superfood goodness of pure Cacao and Goji Berries - delightfully fluffy and delicious!



  1. Mix the Coconut Flour and sugar together
  2. Melt the Cacao Butter over boiling water and mix with the flour and sugar
  3. Add a few splashes of plant milk to bind the mixture together
  4. Seperate the mixture into three
  5. Add regular raisins 
  6. Add Goji Berries 
  7. Add Carob Powder and chocolate chunks or nibs 
  8. Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 200C/Gas mark 7
  9. Enjoy!
