
These vegan brownies are incredibly gooey and chocolatey with the added boost of our Kick Ass Vegan Smoothie mix. Substituting butter for coconut oil adds further health benefits so you can indulge in a chocolate sensation without the guilt!

- Square Baking Tin
Ingredients
- 100g self-raising flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 50g dairy-free chocolate
- 230 ml unsweetened soya milk
- 50g dairy-free chocolate chunks
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C/Gas mark 4
- Mix all the ingredients together (the coconut oil mixes in more easily if it is melted first)
- Ease the mixture into the baking tin making sure to spread into the corners
- Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
