
This amazing vegan fudge recipe is deliciously nutritious. It combines mushroom nutrition with the superfood power of pure cacao - a winning combination and a taste sensation!

- 55g Chaga Powder
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1 tiny Pinch of Salt
- Lots of Love
Method
- Line the small loaf tin with parchment paper
- Mix coconut oil together with cacao butter, honey, vanilla and salt in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water until fully melted
- Turn off heat and whisk in coconut flakes, chaga powder and cacao powder until fully combined
- Pour mixture into loaf tin and put in fridge until it sets (at least an hour)
- Cut into squares. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy! Will keep for up to 2 weeks
