Benefits description
The Beetroot in its powdered form can be great for packing in a large amount of nutrients with a mildly detoxing action. Beetroot contains potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B6, C, folic acid, carbohydrates, protein and soluble fibre which can all contribute to getting a good amount of nutrients at the start of the day day. If you do choose to use Raw Honey then there are quite a few benefits to using it over regular honey. Raw usually means that a product has been unheated and contains more nutrients and enzymes from not being pasteurised. The frozen Fruit, Seeds and Almond MIlk also contribute a vast amont to make this a lovely, healthy Breakfast beast of a smoothie.
