Vegan junk food at it's best! These vegan nachos are a great vegan snack, that can be enjoyed on their own or as part of a meal with our vegan chili con carne recipe. Enjoy these vegan nachos in front of a movie or as a snacking dish at a party! These free-from nachos are easy to make, crunchy and super scrumptious. A vegan snack with a spicy twist everyone must try!

Ingredients
- 150g Bag of Plain Tortilla Crisps
- 100g Vegan Cheese (grated)
- 1 Portion/250g of Vegan Chili Con Carne
- Handful of Fresh Cordiander
- 1/4 Red Onion (finely sliced)
- Fresh Red Chili to Taste (chopped)
- Fresh Avocado or Guacamole
- Juice of Half a Lime
Method
- Preheat the grill
- Spread ¾ of the tortilla chips across the bottom of a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Next spoon on ¾ of the Vegan Chilli Con Carne, spreading out across the centre.
- Next a layer of ½ of the grated cheese
- Repeat this process with tortilla chips, chili con carne and vegan cheese, making a nice tasty mountain of nachos and ensuring that the vegan cheese covers well ontop.
- Place under the grill for 10-15 mins until tortilla chips are browning and cheese melted.
- Sprinkle the coriander, red onion and fresh chilli if using and add the avocado in any way you wish.
- Squeeze the lime juice and enjoy!
