- Small Saucepan
- Heat Resistant Glass Bowl
- Sieve
- Wooden Spoon
Ingredients
- Edible Flowers
Method
- Firstly, half fill saucepan with water and balance a heat resistant bowl on top (often called a bain-marie) make sure the water doesn't quite touch the bowl. Bring the water to the boil.
- Place the cacao butter into the bowl and let it slowly dissolve and melt down to liquid form, stir with spoon if needs be.
- Then, add the vanilla powder to the melted cacao butter. Stir until combined.
- Next, add in the cacao powder (use a sieve if you wish) and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth, don't worry if a few lumps appear just keep mixing vigorously - it will all dissolve.
- Add the agave syrup and continue mixing throughly, counting to 100 ensures that the syrup is fully blended.
- Take the chocolate mixture off the heat and set aside for a moment.
- Sprinkle as many edible flowers into your heart shaped mould as you like.
- Then, spoon the chocolate mixture into your mould.
- Place moulds in freezer for 2 hours to set.
- Pop out of moulds, share and enjoy!
