Ingredients
- 100g Dutch Cocoa Powder
- 25g Lions Mane Mushroom Powder
- 25g Porcini Mushroom powder
- 25g Chaga Mushroom Powder
- 25g Marshmallow Root Powder
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and store in an airtight container
- Heat a mug full of non-dairy milk in a saucepan
- Turn off heat and stir in 1 tbsp of the Wild Mushroom Hot Cocoa mixture plus 1 tsp of honey (or to taste)
- Allow hot cocoa to brew for a few minutes before straining through a tea strainer into a mug to get out any chunks of mushroom not fully absorbed into the milk
