Vegan Wild Mushroom Hot Chocolate Recipe

Packed with mushroom nutrition, this hot cocoa not only makes a soothing relaxing drink, it will also provide you with a myriad of health benefits.  Mushrooms have been used by humans for thousands of years to support health, packed with phyto-chemicals, antioxidants and a wide range of vitamins and minerals - consume this delicious drink anytime, we love it as a winter warmer or a bedtime comforter.


1 x large bowl

1 x airtight container

1 x saucepan

1 x mug

1 x tea strainer




  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and store in an airtight container


  1. Heat a mug full of non-dairy milk in a saucepan
  2. Turn off heat and stir in 1 tbsp of the Wild Mushroom Hot Cocoa mixture plus 1 tsp of honey (or to taste)
  3. Allow hot cocoa to brew for a few minutes before straining through a tea strainer into a mug to get out any chunks of mushroom not fully absorbed into the milk
