Ingredients
- 1 Orange (peeled)
- 1 Carrot (peeled)
- 100g Frozen or Fresh Mango
- 100ml Cold Water
Method
- Firstly, chop the peeled carrot and orange into smaller segments.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Whizz until a smooth consistancy is formed.
- Pour into serving glass.
- Enjoy in the sunshine!
