Another great smoothie from the 5 STEP smoothie method:

  1. Fruit/Veg Base: Place your forzen Banana into the Blender
  2. Liquid Base: Then pour in your Orange Juice and the Lemon Juice
  3. Thickening Ingredients: Add the dessert spoon of Hulled Hemp Seeds (you can also add a little ice here if you wish)
  4. Flavour Layer: Spoon in your Baobab Powder into the mix
  5. Power Boost Layer: lastly, add the Spirulina and Barleygrass Powder

You could try adding a little Pineapple with your Banana or maybe some Passion Fruit? There is also the option of using a Lime instead of Lemon for that added citrus kick. The green side of this smoothie recipe with its Barleygrass could be swapped with Moringa powder which will add the same kind of nutritional power but with a different taste.
