If you have any other complaints about our products or services we would love to hear from you so we can find a solution for you as well as improve our services. We have two levels of complaints depending on how serious your issue is; informal complaints and formal complaints.

Informal Complaints

Most complaints can be dealt with via our informal complaints procedure. Please email us at, letting us know what your issue is. If possible and/or appropriate, please include your order number and the batch number of the product which can be found on the back of the package, near the best before date. We will respond to your complaint as soon as we can. Alternatively you can call us on 01458 831 447, during office hours, which are   Monday to Friday from, from 9:30am – 3:00pm.

Formal Complaints

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please write us a letter outlining the issues, ensuring that you include your contact details, order number and batch number of the product, which can be found on the back of the product packaging. The postal address is located on our Contact Us page.

We will acknowledge receipt of your letter and ensure the matter is addressed as soon as possible.

An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any resolutions implemented with the minimum of delay.
