Agnus castus berries can be made into a hot drink by decocting the berries into boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 3-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve - up to 3 cups per day.

Indigo Herbs Agnus Castus Berries are produced from mature Agnus Castus, picked at the onset of winter. After all the berries have been carefully washed, they are selected and damaged fruits discarded to leave only the best crop.
