Manufacture Process
All the Almonds for this product are cultivated on certified organic land and all aspects of plant health are organic also. Around October each year the dupe are fully mature and are picked from the tree. The drupe are then fed through a machine that extracts the Almond from its thick leathery case. After a small air drying period the Almonds are ready to be shipped.
