Cultivation of Aniseed was first adopted by the Egyptians and later the Greeks, slowly becoming known in the rest of Europe during the middle ages. With very aromatic properties, this herb was valued not only medicinally but also for its fresh spicy taste. The Romans had a wide variety of uses for aniseed from preventing nightmares to being taken as a digestive after heavy meals. Aniseed Tincture can be added to water, or a liquid of your choice, and taken when required.

Serving:

Traditionally Taken: 2-3ml taken 2-3 times per day or as directed by a Herbal practitioner. 

Contraindications:

Do not take if pregnant, taking contraceptives or hormone medication / treatments.
