A trusted source shared with me a three month ashwagandha trauma release process, which requires a small daily dose of the extract. I am only three weeks in and I'm noticing that my dreams are different. Far more emotional, heavy, thick. A few times I have woken up completely rattled, even though I wasn't having a nightmare. The source confirmed that trauma release happens during the dream-time, when taking ashwagandha.

Little did I know that it is most likely the stress response that's at the root of my hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Since taking ashwaganda, I am sweating much less than usual, I am sleeping better and without night sweats, and I am calmer during the day. I have also recently started combining Ashwagandha with Rhodiola and Schisandra for a combi punch to the face of stress, fatigue, recovery time after exercise and challenging emotional times. I am well impressed with this product. It's potent and totally works; in unexpected ways for some.

I'm still trying it out so don't feel able to comment on the effects yet. But the taste isn't nearly as bad as stated and I can take it without having to dilute it.
I probably put my comment about the dropper bottle in the wrong place. I feel it could be improved as I'm finding the dose measurement imprecise because the lines on the small plastic cup are very faint. Would it be possible either to make the lines more distinct, or better still have marks on the actual dropper to show the dose?
