Serving:
Take ½ to 2 grams per day
Bala powder should not be taken by anyone who is pregnant or breast feeding.
Not recommended to be taken if congested. This herb contains ephedrine, an ingredient found in Ephedra. No reported safety risk exists for Bala, although the herb Ephedra must be used with caution.
