Bala Tincture: Traditionally Taken: 1-4ml daily. Can be split up into 2-3 servings per day. Or as directed by a Herbal practitioner.
Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breast feeding.
Not recommended to be taken if congested. This herb contains ephedrine, an ingredient found in Ephedra. No reported safety risk exists for Bala, although the herb Ephedra must be used with caution.
