Add recommended daily amount of Bearberry Tincture tincture drops to water or fruit juice. Can be added to boiling water and left to cool to evaporate alcohol.

Traditionally Taken: 1-4ml up to 2 times per day.
or as directed by a Herbal practitioner.
20 drops from the glass dropper equals approximately 1ml.
Only take Bearberry for short periods of time and no longer than for 5 days at a time. Do not take more than the recommended dose.
Not recommended for children or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. People with high blood pressure or people who suffer from Crohn disease, digestive problems, ulcers, kidney or liver disease should avoid Bearberry products.
