Put 2-3 drops of propolis liquid into warm liquid (water, tea, fruit juice) or if preferred directly into the mouth or on a small piece of bread. Repeat up to 3 times per day as required. Propolis Liquid may be used as a gargle when diluted. Follow practitioner instructions.
