This was recommended to me by my doctor to help regulate my hormones so I thought I'd give it a try, but as soon as I took it, it instantly made me feel sick. I'm not sure if the dose is too strong for me or whether my stomach is too sensitive, but either way I don't recommend it. Fast delivery though from Indigo Herbs - they get 5 stars.

Definitely declining better since taking a combination of these with Sage, red clover and ashwaganda tincture I am definitely seeing an improvement in how I feel and night sweats 😇
