Use 1-2 teaspoons of Black Haw Root Tea per cup of boiling water and simmer for 3-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve - up to 3 cups per day.

Indigo Herbs Black Haw Root Tea is produced from mature Black Haw plants that have been harvested for their roots. After the roots have been dug up and cleaned they are inspected for animal damage and selected for the best specimens to be cut and made into Black Haw Root Tea. The selected roots are then dehydrated until there is little moisture in the plant material. The dried Black Haw Root is then tested for heavy metals and other pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
