Indigo Herbs Burdock Root Powder is produced in from mature Burdock plants which have been harvested for their roots. After the roots have been dug up and cleaned they are inspected for animal damage and the best specimens are selected to be made into powder. The roots are then dehydrated until there is almost no moisture in left in the plant material. After milling, the fine powder is tested for heavy metals and pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
