Suggested use:
Grab a pan (preferably just used for herbs). Catuaba bark can be made into a herbal tea by decocting the herb by immersing in boiling water over a low heat for 10 minutes, this extracts the phyto-chemicals from the bark. Use 2 cups of boiling water per person. Pour and strain into a cup. Enjoy.
Serving:
Use ½ – 1 teaspoon of dried root to 1 cup of hot water, 3 times a day.
