Clarity & Focus Tea Blend 50g from Indigo Herbs is a propriety mixed blend loose leaf tea. It contains Ginkgo leaf, Gotu Kola leaf, Sencha (Green Tea), Damiana and Peppermint for taste. You'll first notice the cool peppermint and herby Damiana, coupled with the sencha green tea kick. The mild caffeine from the green tea with the gotu kola and Ginkgo are the ingredients that aid in sharpening the mind and concentration.

Clarity & Focus Tea can be made into a herbal drink by infusing the herbs in boiling water. Serving: 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried cut herb per 1 cup of boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes depending on strength and taste.
Ginkgo leaf
Gingko is not advised for those taking blood thinning agents, such as aspirin or walfarin.
Peppermint
None known. However if you are taking homeopathic remedies Peppermint is contraindicated as it negates their action.
Green Tea Sencha
None Known. Proceed with caution if sensitive to caffeine.
Gotu Kola leaf
Do not take Gotu Kola if you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives, or if you are pregnant or breast feeding. It has been known to create a rash or headache in those who are sensitive.
Damiana
The leaves have a minor laxative effect and may cause loosening of the stools at higher amounts. Until more is known about Damiana's effects on the female hormonal system, it should be avoided during pregnancy.
