This is a ready to eat powder and can be added to hot or cold water, fruit juice or added to a smoothie.
Serving:
A typical serving of cordyceps can be from 1 to 2 grams up to 3 times a day. To avoid symptoms of detoxification do not to exceed the suggested serving.
Avoid in individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to cordyceps, mold, or fungi. Cordyceps may cause dry mouth, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea or dizziness.

Manufacture Process
The 'CS-4' strain of Cordyceps was achieved by taking the wild Cordeceps strains:
- Paecilomyces hepialid Chen and Dai Cs-4
Then by a process of liquid fermintation, producing a viable mushroom with the same chemical composition as the wild Cordyceps variety.
