Couch Grass Root Tea can be made into a hot drink by decocting the Couch Grass roots in boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 3-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve.
Serving:
1-2 teaspoons dried root per 1 cup of boiling water, up to 3 times a day.

Indigo Herbs Couch Grass Root Tea is produced from mature couch grass that have been harvested for their roots. After the roots have been dug up and cleaned they are inspected for animal damage before being selected for the best specimens to be cut into pieces. The selected roots are then dehydrated until there is little moisture in the plant material. The dried couch grass root is then tested for heavy metals and other pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
