Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice. The Echinacea Root ingredients can be made into a herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Pour, relax and enjoy.
Serving:
1-2 teaspoon per cup of hot water up to 3 times per day.

Echinacea is essentially nontoxic when taken orally.
