Elderflower Tea can be made into a delicious hot drink by decocting the Elderflowers into boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 3-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve.
Serving:
1-2 teaspoons of Elderflowers per 1 cup of boiling water, 3 times a day.

The flowers that are used for Indigo Herbs Elderflower Tea come from plants that are grown specifically for the use as tea. Cultivated in close proximity, the Elderflower plants first reach maturity before they can be cut and dried in semi shade. Only the best prime examples of the Elderflower are used in our tea. The plant matter is then slow dried out of direct sunlight and tested for pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
