Manufacture Process

In general, organic Erythritol is made by breaking down starch in organic fruits and vegetables to produce glucose. The glucose is then fermented before it is separated and purified using ion exchange resin, active carbon and ultrafiltration. The Erythritol is then crystalised before being tested.
