Grab a pan (preferably just used for herbs) The botanical ingredients can be made into a herbal tea by decocting the herb by immersing in boiling water over a low heat for 10 minutes, this extracts the phyto-chemicals from the seeds. Use 2 cups of boiling water per person. Strain and pour into a cup and enjoy.
Serving:
1 teaspoon of seeds per cup of boiling water, three times a day

Manufacture Process
Indigo Herbs Fennel Seed Tea is derived from plants that are specifically grown with the purpose of making tea. When the Fennel seeds are ready to be harvested they are separated from the plant matter mechanically and then vibration cleaned in special machines. This is to separate any microscopic debris from the seed and make sure they are totally free of any pollutants. Only the very best seed is used in our Fennel Seed Tea. After further testing for microbial activity and heavy metals, the seed is made ready for shipping. This process complies with GMP standards and is quality assured by Indigo Herbs.
