Take between 1 to 12 capsules (6g) daily with liquid.

Manufacture Process
When the Fenugreek plant has reached full maturity and the seed pods have started to go brown and harden, the plant can then be harvested. After harvest the plants are screened and identified before the seed is separated from the pods. The seed then goes through a mechanical vibration machine to remove any dust particles and other pollutants. The clean seed can then be milled into a fine powder and is made ready for testing. The powder is then encapsulated into Vegan capsules. Only the very best powder makes it into Indigo Herbs Fenugreek Capsules.
