Ginkgo Powder is best used with boiling hot water and made into a hot drink. Equally it can be mixed into cold liquid such as water or fruit juice.
Serving: Use up to 2-5 grams, up to twice a day. If using Ginkgo Biloba Powder for the first time it is always advisable to gradually increase quantity of powder to avoid symptoms of de-toxification.
