Take between 1 and 10 capsules (5g) daily. Each capsule contains 500mg. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.
Do not take Gotu Kola if you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives, or if you are pregnant or breast feeding. It has been known to create a rash or headache in those who are sensitive.

Manufacture Process
Cultivation of the Gotu Kola plant are nurtured under certified under the Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP). The collection, selection and drying methods are all closely scrutinized maximizing quality throughout the process of harvest. Authorized botanists check and identify all plants before they are dried and then finely milled into powder making sure there are no foreign bodies or pollutants within the finished product, and then finished by encapsulating it into the Vegan capsules.
