Guarana Seed Fluid Extract can be added to water or fruit juice.
Traditionally Taken: 1-4 ml per day. Can be taken throughout the day in small servings or as directed by a Herbal practitioner.
Guarana is not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding. It is contraindicative for people with high blood pressure, cardiac disorders, diabetes, ulcers, epilepsy and other chronic illnesses. Over use of Guarana powder can cause jitteriness, irritability and insomnia.

Manufacture Process
Indigo Herbs Guarana Tinture comes from the very best berries, grown in optimum conditions. Peak maturity occurs in December and the individual berries are either hand picked or bunches of fruit cut off depending on ripeness. After hand selection of the best berries all are put in water soak so the red skin can be removed. After a short drying period in the sun all the fruit is placed in an oven at 40°C. After the husk is removed the seed undergoes a process of cold percolation in order to extract the active constituents into fluid extract form. The cold percolation method employs a gradient circulation of the solution which keeps the seed in perpetual contact with the blend. This technique is faster and more efficient than maceration and ensures there is less waste of precious plant materials. This premium quality product is 100% pure botanical ingredients, completely free of synthetic ingredients with absolutely nothing added.
