Indigo Herbs Hawthorn Berries can be made into a herbal tea by decocting the berries and immersing in boiling water over a low heat for 10 minutes, this extracts the phyto-chemicals from the bark, root, plant matter. Use 2 cups of boiling water per person. Pour and strain into a cup; strain the plant material, sip and relax.
Serving:
1-2 teasp per cup boiling water up to 3 times a day
