Hawthorn Leaf Tea can be made into a hot drink by decocting the Hawthorn leaves into boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 5 -10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve. Add your favourite natural sweetener if required.

The Hawthorn leaf used to make this product has been harvested from mature bushes in mid summer. The harvest is sorted for damaged leaf before being cut and slow dried. The leaf is then tested to ensure that the tea is totally toxin free.
