Hops Products
Hops are the flowering tops of Humulus lupulus, of which the most famous use of can be found in the production of beer. This ingredient is added to impart a bitter yet fruity flavour. There has been a long standing association in western herbalism between Hops and the ability for this flower to calm the feeling of anxiousness and help with sleep.
