Natural Organic Chocolate:
- Source of Magnesium: Cacao is one of the top 10 Magnesium rich foods. Magnesium relaxes muscles and strengthens bones and improves circulation.

Method for Making Chocolate:
You will need the following equipment;
- A bain marie (ie. a large saucepan of boiling water with another heat proof bowl floating inside it).
- A mixing spatula or spoon.
- Molds for the chocolates to set in. You can use ice trays or cake cases.
- Boil up the water for the bain marie then remove from the heat.
- Gently melt all the Cacao Butter in the Bain Marie until the last of the solids have just disappeared.
- Add in the Cacao Powder and mix thoroughly until it is smooth.
- Add in the Agave and mix until completely blended.
- Pour out the molten Chocolate into molds and allow to set.
- TIP: put the moulds into the freezer to help them set quickly. Remove after 15 minutes and pop out of moulds.
- Refrigerate to keep fresh.
Follow the instructions closely.
When these delicious chocolates are made then restraint will have to be exercised. Each chocolate is very rich so be careful not to over indulge.
