Irish Moss Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice.
Traditionally Taken: Take 2-3 ml 2-3 times per day, or as directed by a Herbal practitioner.
20 drops from the glass dropper equals approximately 1ml.
Irish Moss functions as a thinner. As a result, individuals that are taking anticoagulant medications (blood thinners) should abstain from using Irish Moss in any form.
Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should not use Irish Moss as the effects are unknown.
