Juniper Berries can be made in to a tea by adding 1 tsp of lightly crushed berries to a cup of boiling water. Steeped for 20 minutes and drain - drink the infusion twice a day. Juniper Berries can also be used in sweet and savoury dishes.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers or women who are trying to get pregnant. Do not take Juniper Berry if you have a kidney disorder.
